Hello all. Bought my second 4runner not too long ago. A bone stock silver 1999 Limited on 5 stars. 3.4L, auto 146k on the clock. Had been repainted, but all body panels are original so it wasn't wrecked. Paint was chipping in places like around gas tank. Minor rust, but overall really clean. Removed the stock limited side skirts as I brought the truck home. First things first, the B&M trans cooler was added. Next, that antique stereo system had to go, it was replaced with a bluetooth unit from Pioneer, replaced all speakers including tweeters Pioneer as well. Not a stickler for brands, but Pioneer sounds good and is cheap, so I'm all for it. Painted 5 Stars Gun Metal Gray. Replaced all belts, head gasket, shocks, springs, and brakes. Replaced the radio antenna I snapped in half. LED Dash lighting added. TRD stock stickers added. Philips Crystal Vision bulbs added to headlights and fogs. Will update this thread with pictures soon, stay tuned....
