bought used 2001 4runner 2 months ago

i do have some squeaking going on when i turn the car on when its been sitting but for some reason i dont think its the belts.. belts are tight.. my brother seems to think its with the power steering belt or fluid or even pump.

Also it has 81840 or so on it and I bought it with 78300 (drove to panama city 2 weeks after purchase) and it was serviced then.. What should i have looked at?

I think brake pads need to be replaced as well since i think i see a small grove on the disc.
