Right now I'm probably just looking at getting a new radiator and/or radiator bypass installed. I just bought a '99 w/ 135k miles and from all the strawberry milkshake posts I see, the work seems like good insurance even though everything checks out now.
Everyone says it's an easy DIY, but with no mechanical knowledge I'm more comfortable leaving it to someone that knows.

I'm not a pro on the 3rd gen runners but it seems like you're wanting to fix something that isn't broken. But for a simple radiator replacement I would go to any radiator shop. They would probably be the cheapest seeing as that is what they mainly do.
