Well in previous threads I had tried to figure out my brake noise after changing all 4 rotors & pads and flushing the system. Had those babies apart more than a few times and adjusted my parking brake before it was quiet.... but not quite gone. Pulled the suspect rotor off and put on a lathe and the rotor "hat" was about as round an a goose egg! WTF?! After all this crap and troubleshooting it was the Wearever rotor from Advance Auto parts that was bad! :ybrick:
Pulled them off and returned them, went down the street and bought two new rear rotors from the Toyota dealer. Put 'em on and all problems are gone. Lesson learned here, I'll never use cheap ass rotors again. After all my time the OEM Toyota ones were worth their weight in gold!
