Brake pedal suddenly has more travel? Not good

Ever since I did the tundra swap, the brakes have been great. They start braking at the top of the pedal and feel effortless. The other day when I went to break for a stop sign, the pedal sank about 1-2 inches (felt like a 10feet at the time) before there was any stopping power. And now it seems that I'm having to push a little harder to control them.

Brake booster?

I need to check vacuum lines since I just installed the super charger.

Brakes are fine, it's just another front wheel bearing gone bad. FML
