These are complete axle assemblies with the e-locker and 4:30 gears...which include the e-locker actuators. The applications are from the 01 - 04 year model Tacomas (setup for leafs), but you could modify them to fit other models (coil sprung) with very few modifications. These are ABS equipped axles but will not be a problem for non-ABS equipped trucks as the hole for the sensor can be capped off.
