Bridgestone Dueler A/T tires

Anyone running these? How do you like them? I have had them on my previous LC and Tahoe and liked them. They had great performance in different conditions, weren't noisy and I got 50K out of them. I had what look like the R/H-S model you can see here:

I have heard a fair number of people now commenting on the BFG KO's that they get quite loud after about 25K and don't stay in round frequently causing people to replace them earlier than they should have to.

I realize that many people here didn't like the Duelers that came on their 4Runners, but I'm wondering if those were a different model than the RH-S. My 2018 TRDORP came with Dunlop AT20 Grandtreks

the duelers came stock on my 2016 trail edition, and are a joke when compared to the others in its class (AT tire).

I've run both the KO's and now the KO2, they are the standard to rate all AT tires when they first came out. I'm sure there are much better tires now, but KO/KO2's are still ranked very high on the list of AT tires.

I ran my KO's to 60,000 miles on my last truck and never had a problem with noise and out of balance. The ride does get rough as the compound wears down, but noise was never a problem.

People run into problems when trying to initially mount and balance them. Usually, it gets resolved quickly if there are issues by the tire place/manufacture.

I would classify the ones that came on my 4runner as passenger car tires designed to hit the EPA gas mileage standards and nothing else.

I wouldn't take them off road for a second in fear of any bump giving you a flat.

I had the Dueler Revo 2’s on my Xterra many moons ago and they were great tires. The OEM duelers, not so much.

The Duelers are awful. If you remain interested, I’m sure you’ll find a great deal for them on Craigslist. There’s a reason most everybody ditches them in a hurry.

Dueler D684 that come stock on the Trail are not bad tires. They just do not match the capabilities and persona of the truck. I believe Toyota used these tires on the 4Runner for fuel economy. Bridgestone has A/T tires they could of used like Revo 2 or RH-S that matches with the 4Runner. Unfortunately those tires are expensive and have low thread life compared to other variants.

I think the big P in front of the number on the tire sidewall is the giveaway that it's a passenger tire.
You would be surprised at how well they'd hold up to a bit of abuse.

For driving on the beach they're perfect. I have about 6 weeks worth of driving the Outer Banks on mine - all at 18 psi. I let the air out when I get there and don't air up until the week is over. That includes daily drives on pavement of up to 40 miles at anywhere from 35 to 55 mph. Just got back yesterday and they're doing fine.

I liked the Revos I had. Barely took a hit in mileage, less than .5, per my numbers. Both the Bridgestone OEMs and the Revos were replaced a bit early, in the 30-35k mile range. I’m not driving in rain, mud, or snow with 1/8” of tread.
The Dueler A/Ts in your post are popular in my town but I’ve not seen ones in a p rating.
Anyone comparing the OEMs to other Bridgestone products are confusing apples and oranges.
