Brush Guard Question

anyone know if this will work on my 1997 sr5. It obviously doesn't have a lip but i am assuming they would mount the same. I also wanted to know if it might look bad without the lip for some reason. Any help is appreciated!

It won't fit with out heavy fabbing. The The brackets mount very differently between the face lifted 4runners and yours.

Then, you will still have the gap between the guard and the bumper.
