Building Project '15 SR5

Back with a 'yota after nearly 10 years. I come from owning a variety of tuned up cars, trucks, & cycles. 4WD would have been nice as would the TRD Pro, but I was in a mood and just needed a new ride ASAP.

'92 Honda Civic Hatchback shellcar/cage/High Rev DOHC swap final
'88 Oldsmobile Cutlass black nightmare, 350, loud as hell
'81 Toyota Celica GT, fairly stock, audio machine
'72 Toyota Celica Nissan SR20DET/5speed swap

Currently, the project is on hold due to far too many issues that cant be resolved/Toyota wont resolve. I cant justify investing anything in this car until it operates properly.

~Navigation unit issues (started a thread on this matter)
~In reverse, back up cam intermittently is just black or 'T' Logo from start up
~iPod interface constantly freezes, killing even the ipod, making it have to hard restart
~After software update, can not answer calls when phone is connected, on screen, buttons are grey, still rings. I drive with my phone in a bag or in the console box, so access is limited.
~AC Fan noise, now it randomly dies and refuses to blow. Dealer claims leaves in there, but refuse to show me or let me watch cleaning. Funny, as i live only near palms and pines...
~Various noises from steering column
~constant electrical buzz (my wife;s lexus did it for a while but only on bumpy roads, not as loud)
~When wipers are on, it sounds like 2 pieces of metal striking from inside the column. Loud "Ting" sound. Toyota again says its normal, but when we got in another, it was not present.
~Weather stripping from in the door frame continuously falls out of channel. Ive replaced it 2 times on rear driver side door. 1x on front passenger door. It just seems to work itself loose as we go. The front passenger side is odd, as nobody rides in the front, nor do I open the door aside for during cleanings, open up and plop, it falls on me.
~During cornering, driver seat back feels like something moving inside it. Dealer says seat functions, so no worry, but it is disconcerting to feel something move across my shoulder blades while driving.

My biggest issue is the dealers refusal to acknowledge these issues, write them up, or even try to correct them. When showing them videos of what can be filmed, its a software update coming.... This is worse than MINI.
