Will a bull bar from a 2005 Tacoma fit directly to my 2007 4runner?

I doubt it. My friend had a bull bar on his 07 4runner and another friend has one on his 12 Tacoma. I looked at the mounts quick a while back and they were not the same at all from my memory. I do not know if my friend still have the chrome Westin bar from his 07 or not. I made him take it off several years ago because it hung down to far and would hit to much off road. He has since sold the 4runner and the bull bar is probably laying in his garage.
