Bumper Filler Trim with Fiberglass?

Hey folks, I recently completed the 04>06 headlight conversion and want to buy the corresponding little trim pieces underneath the lights. HOWEVER, I have Fiberglass fenders and a pre-runner bumper. Any ideas on how to fasten the outside of the trim piece to the fiberglass fender?

5200-comes in 3oz tubes. Not sure if your Home depot would carry it in CO. We use it in Florida for a lot of stuff because you can get it everywhere. I drilled a hole underneath my rear hatch for solar and antenna wires and sealed a rubber grommet with it 6 weeks ago and it's worked in several down pours. You would have to let it cure for the full term to make sure it bonds well. Used it on the boat I used to have before my T4R for dozens of projects.
