Bumper Painting

[Stuck CAPS]

Recently, someone hit my front bumper in my school parking lot :frusty: , and I've hit rocks and what not on the underside of my front and rear bumpers. My neighbor has a warehouse where he sells a L O T in bulk, one happens to be auto paint. He also happens to have a spray booth, and I'm doing this for free. I just was wondering, is it really as easy as it looks? I do need body filler on some parts and would like some tips on how to PROPERLY use body filler, just so I don't screw it up.
