So what do you think the way around that is? I am not questioning it, sut want to know what I have to do!

They don't require drilling except for 2 spots. The bolts are purely cosmetic. If you want to you can however bolt them into the fenders by drilling the fenders out.

But these only require 2 drill holes in the bottom corners so attach, on the INSIDE of the fender well.

Lawndart, Thanks for the advice, I have already researched them, I know those bolts are cosmetic, as silly as it sounds I was trying to avoid drilling the holes underneath the fender...I doubt there is a way around it though...
