Buy my 2007 4runner tomorrow, what to look for?

So tomorrow I'm heading over to the dealer in a different city to possibly purchase a 2007 4runner limited with just about everything in it minus the 3rd row seats. It has 27k miles, I know a lot, but their selling price is cheaper than kelly blue book. Other than the basics, what should I look for in particular? Carfax shows 1 owner, no issues/accidents etc.

thats where they stick you. dont buy a warranty or clear coat or any of the other crap they try to load on

Thanks magnumfan I intend not to do that. Man I can't wait. Never own a 4runner before. Should I test the 4wd gears also? I imagine I can't do that on regular pavement?

sure you can just stop/go under 25mph and flip the switch into 4H (my '05 needs to be in neutral sometimes it seems to engage- but my newer Tacoma did it at anytime driving under 30mph).

Test away... You can use 4hi or 4lo on the pavement provided you don't lock the center diff. 4hi to 2hi or vice-versa can be done below 62mph. It's best to do it while going straight. Sometimes gently releasing/depressing the gas pedal and/or shallow zig-zags are required to complete the cycle (lights stop flashing).

To use 4lo stop in 4hi, place it in N rotate the knob to 4lo. When coming out of 4lo set 4hi then 2hi. If you don't delay on 4hi briefly it'll beep at you.
