Buying a 4Runner

I have done extensive research on a numerous number of different 4runners, but would like to hear from the owners themselves. I am wanting to buy a 4runner, and am looking at a 4th gen V6 with 120k miles asking 12k. How much longer would this car last me? The carfax states that all maintenance has been done regularly, and has mostly highway miles on it. I was just wondering if forum could give me some input on this car.

Granted I bought my truck with barely 40k on it (now has 72k) on it, I plan to keep it around to reach anywhere from 300k -400k.

Read through the thread, it will give you insight on some of the guys that have already reached over 300 and 400k miles. Others have asked about maintenance and other things that guys have had to replace as they build the high mileage.

These trucks are meant to last for a very long time if they are well taken care of.

I'm still rolling with 227k miles on mine, no knocks ticks leaks, runs like new.....3rd toyota with over 200k miles, you cant go wrong with one!
