Buzzing noise under hood

Yes, thanks. I had pulled it already. Took too many parts off and it was a bear to get it all back together below the dash.

As for bleeding brakes, despite what some have written, I got no pressure within the brake system when I turned the key on. It required my wife continually pumping the brakes to get any fluid out. Oddly, no air bubbles were visible in the bleeder tube. I bled maybe 10oz from the front brakes, then once I moved to the back the old battery died and I couldn't get anything more.

The brakes have been fantastic since shortly after that first drive but the cheap brake fluid tester I got on Amazon says there is moisture in the fluid (red light zone).
Given that toyota brake lines are known to be very resilient, I'm not sure I want to bother with trying to bleed any further given they are working great.
