C1201 code and squealing noise coming from engine bay

I have a 2002 sport edition and a couple days ago, my check engine light, VSC and TRAC lights went off. Stopped by my local autozone and had my code read. It showed C1201. I've been trying to read about it on here but the thing I haven't seen anyone mention was hearing a squealing/squeaking pump kind of sound.

The sound is coming from the passenger side and sounds like its closer to the cabin/dash. While I am driving, with my foot on the throttle/while accelerating, the sound seems to go away. as soon as my take my foot off the throttle, and the car is coasting, at a low rpm, the squealing sound comes back. It sounds like a pump or something but I could be completely wrong. Has anyone had this type of issue happen? Any ideas?

Did you have any other codes besides the C1201 code? The VSC and TRAC codes are nothing to worry about, they come on anytime there is a check engine light, it is a safety feature from Toyota. As far as the squealing goes it kinda sounds like you have a belt or pulley that needs to be replaced.

It gave C1201 and P0446. I believe P0446 is O2 sensor, but not quite sure what C1201 is. The squealing sound doesnt seem like its a belt. It sounds like a pump or some sort making the noise

You could try having an auto part store clear your codes and see if it comes back as the same code or something else.
If you don't think it's a belt then it's probably one of the pulleys, you are going to have to decide which accessory you think is at fault and change it out.
