Calling all Toyota techs

Hey everyone, I have a 2009 Toyota Camry xle v6 that I just replaced the motor in. The new motor will crank but doesn't start. The computer isn't reading any RPM's. I have replaced the crank position sensor, checked the wiring from the cps to the ecu, tested continuity through the cps, and replaced the ecu, and it still isn't reading RPM. There are no broken teeth on the crank. I can't figure out what else it could be. does anyone have any ideas?

What year did the donor engine come from? (I recall somewhere around 2005~2006 the 1GR-FE in the 4th gens went to a 3-wire camshaft position sensor, which meant different VVTi gears and so on that made a swap from early to late 4th gens impossible in terms of getting the engine to run. I'm not sure if the 2GR-FE in the Camry's had a similar in-line change, but if you know where the donor motor came from I may be able to double check.)

Did you reseed/handshake the immobilizer unit with the new ECM?

Yes, we did the handshake. I'm not getting a code or anything for the I mobilizer anymore. I need to check on the donor motor but it either came from an 08 or an 09

Engine is out of an 08

Any ideas from anyone? I just ordered a new harness thinking that maybe something is interfering with the rpm signal. It gets a rpm reading right at the end of the starting cycle, but not enough to start
