This is my 2013 T4R Trail with KDSS that I bought a week ago.

Mods so far:

Debadged and plasti-dipped emblems
15% window tint
Tinted heads and tails
Weathertech matts

Debadged and plasti-dipped emblems


Maybe I missed something (likely), but is the black trim piece with 4Runner lettering slightly different (besides color) than the chrome for other models? Specifically, I think the others, when debadged, have a small squarish dimple underneath one of the letters. Thus when debadged, it is left with that visible. The black piece appears perfectly smooth in your photo, Camshaft.

Is it?

There are four squares....

I plan on filling them in and repainting the panel soon. Right now it doesn't bother me because they are small and the same color of the panel....

Nope just tinted the outside

It's funny, I'm so use to my darker finish wheels now that when I see the regular silver on MG it looks strange! Ha ha!
