Can you help me ID this sound? Squealing 2000 4Runner 4x4.

I recorded this with my iPhone, driving about 35 mph. It's a 26 second recording that I converted to a mp3.

I had a similar squealing a couple of months ago and a drivetrain shop replaced the rear Ujoint and balanced the shaft. Seemed to fix the problem but now wondering if this is a repeat of same problem or something different. Dropping to 3rd to increase RPMs does not change the frequency of the sound. Sound does speed up in frequency as car speed increases.

Block the front wheels, jack the passenger side rear axle getting that wheel off ground, with drivers side still on ground. Get driveline up to speed and you can get under and listen. You can lift other wheel too, put in reverse. But basically get it so you can duplicate as much as possible the sound while being able to get underneath. The space/pitch/rotation at that speed sounds line a brake drum or something.
