I'm a Fred Thompson guy, says the "Candidate Calculator", and he did really well on the debate today! Then again, it was a REALLY good debate, I heard a lotta good stuff...

McCain is a beast. I love almost everything about the guy. But IMO Obama is also okay, as long as its not Clinton. Or Huckabee, hes a nut.

I'm actually teetering on that fence too. Also, I kinda like Ron Paul... a lot of his ideas seem too far out there though and kind of unrealistic...but I do still like him.

The last presidential election was the first one I could vote in and I followed it... but, it didn't really seem as hyped up as this election. Am I the only one feeling that a lot more Americans are getting involved early in this?

Eh, Obama is too left winged for me...

Ron Paul is a little too extreme and far fetch'd to do well, but hes a good guy...

and idk maybe ur right bout getting involved earlier, but we DO have a woman and a black man running, so that could help...

Several issues I very seldom talk about outside of my family and a few close friends. These include (in order): religion, abortion, politics, gun ownership rights, and automotive brand/model choices.

Thankfully these forums let me participate freely re. the last item.

I will say that the calculator yielded me an exact 3-way tie (Brownback, Hunter, and Thompson).

That calculator is interesting. Of course it's based on what these guys say their positions are and we all know 99% of politicians are professional liars.

That is a really cool site. It said my candidate of choice should be Joseph Biden. I still haven't made up my mind on which candidate I like. They are all a bunch of liars. Wait, what is the definition of a politician?
