Canvasback Cargo Liner

I have a Husky Cargo mat over my CanvasBacks whenever my dogs aren't in the car.

Might have to do something like this. Wasn't hoping to have another mat over the Canvasback but that's probably the only real solution.

Are there any solutions for holding items down when using these? Stuff just slides around a lot on this material and Canvasback doesn't make any accessories to hold cargo in place (thinking something similar to the VW CarGo blocks). Any suggestions?

Not ideal, but I keep two open topped duffle bag sized totes in my cargo area that have thin rubber strips along the bottom. I set small stuff inside those (groceries, packages, take out pizza) And have a couple of old canvas drop cloths stuffed into the wheel well bins that do the trick for keeping bigger things fairly stable.

This is a good idea, I use something like this. I keep it in the back pocket of the driver's seat. Comes in handy for groceries and Sam's Club runs

Has anyone purchased the side panels or door for their vehicle? Interested in the full protection but worried about the velconstrips damaging the vehicle if removed and if they'll even stay sticky and attached living in AZ with the heat.

I have them but not long enough to see if the heat impacts anything. I don't normally run the rear side panels unless I have a bunch of loose stuff in back.

Velcro is what it is. It won’t hold up for long in the AZ heat. And it will leave a sticky mess behind on the plastic it was attached to.

I have the side pieces, and have issues with the adhesive melting and leaving a sticky mess. This becomes an issue if you're regularly removing them. I also have the rear hatch cover, and it's been fine for the most part, since I always leave it in place.

The velcro was the big turn off for me regarding the side panels, wish they offered a better mounting solution for the sides and hatch

I have concerns regarding the velcros longevity as well. Extreme cold makes sticky things not so sticky any more. As far as cleaning residue left behind once removed thats of zero concern. Minimal elbow grease and a cleaning product like goo gone will cure that. You could easily replace the velcro stickies as needed; which isn't ideal. Ideally there would be a way to install snap buttons to secure the CB against the cargo walls. I have never worked with them before but I'm sure its not overly complicated. That would be the best IMO. Clean and long lasting.

I do, it works good but also makes it impossible to open the center console. I have a neoprene cover for daily use and put the Canvasback cover on when I'm traveling around with the dogs.
