Anyone have these installed? I've got a small tear starting in my leather drivers seat and been thinking about seat covers, and these look pretty damn nice.

I bought seat covers twice for my older 'Yotas from the local dealer. They are custom made to order, using a thick fuzzy cloth like the original seats and they have a ton of colors to closely match your car interior.

They cost about $200 for the front set but they look awesome, fit very well and virtually no wrinkling like I see in the photo on that web site.

Might go see what your local dealer or local car upholstery place can do for you. For just a few bucks more you might be able to get something that looks a lot better.

I've actually considered having the driver seat recovered in fresh leather with new foam...just wary of how much that would actually cost.

Did the earlier year 3rd gens have different seats than the later years? They dont list any for my 2001 but they do have a listing for a 98 4runner.

Holy hell man, I would never pay that much for seat covers, just get them re-done an a car trim shop. Jeez.

I wouldn't pay that either, but trim shops aren't cheap. I got the front set of Wet Okole for about the same as the best quote I got for just doing the drivers seat bottom.

Any suggestions for "fixing" a very small tear on the edge of a leather seat? Superglue? -yes I know how ghetto that sounds.

Seems like Neoprene would...smell, after a while? Guess you take them off and wash them regularly?

Smell from what? I haven't had any odor troubles with mine (going on 3 years with them), but I'm not sure if they absorb odors any more/less than any other fabric that covers are made from. I do a lot of mountain biking, hiking and trail running, but I always change out of my sweaty clothes before getting back in the Runner.

They cannot be machine washed. This is from a FAQ on the Wet Okole website:

I hear that the quality is great on LC forums. The only thing that bothers me is the the pattern of those covers is not the same as OEM. That would bug me.
