I was just wondering and I figured that this would be a unique poll :)
Do you buy Celeste pizzas when they're not on sale? Usually they'll have a sale like 4 for $5 or even 5 for $5. Do you buy them even when they're not on sale?

I don't buy much frozen pizza from the store, but I do buy the fundraiser pizza kits. My kid is in everything and they all have these kits to rasise $$ just helping the cause:D

Wow, so so far I'm the only one that knows about Celeste Pizzas? I thought they were big time but I guess not :(

Yeah! Samples are good!

I go for Frechettas myself...thos the local Safeway has some really good ones on sale every Friday...dunno the brand tho...and Crazy Mikes are good too....

Best are the pizzas and calzones I make tho...even make my own dough!

I use to buy them when they were 5 for $5, but I haven't in a a while because they started to cheapen them, ingredient-wise, and it just didn't do it for me anymore.

College yes and on sale only. Now........never. With a Costco piece of pizza, being bigger, fresher, and walking distance from my office, I'd never eat one of those things again.

If you're going to have a poll about this, you should at least have an option saying "No I don't by them regardless of price".

Well is it as good as say Frechetta or Digiorno? I dont really know if you can call frozen pizza good.
Heck no......it is near the bottom in my books.....but it has been a while. It was worse than Red Baron Tombstone and the like.

BTW, making your own entire pizza isn't very hard. Every since I started doing that, I have had very few frozens. I don't make the dough and I don't use Boboli. I buy a hunk of raw dough and start from there. That is about all you need. I love to use up left-overs by creating a crazy pizza. The best is grilling a pizza on the BBQ.....it actually works and creates an incredible texture. No pizza stone, just the grill rack. MMMMMM! :yummie: I'm getting hungry now. Beer too while we are at it.

I have never even heard of Celestes Pizza, I will have to look for them sometime. Are they any good?

They're decent, especially for the price. They're not gourmet by any means, although they try. You wouldn't want to waste the time baking this. Microwaving is the way to go.
LOL I thought this thread was dead!
