change spedometer and rpm gauge color?

im new and i have a 96 4runner, i hate the low green glow on the dash, is there any one who has changed it? is it hard? ive looked for it on here but i couldnt find it if anyone could post a link to it if there is already a thread for this id appreciate it very much. i would prefer a bluish color as i have exterior blue lights.
