Changing UniBalls- Bj press method.

With almost 40,000 miles of rust belt weather on my icon uni’s they are getting ready to retire.

I don’t want to spend 250 bucks on a fancy tool to press them out. Has anyone used a ball joint press to remove and install these?

I changed out the uni's to delta joints on my FJ few months ago (iCon tubular a-arms). I did use the iCon press tool and had it cut down slightly so it would fit in a standard 6 inch c-clamp press. Everything went well.
