check engine light, rough idle?

I have a check engine light on, the code reads out for a rough idle. I have a couple of ideas that it could be which include poor air flow because of air filter, mass air flow sensor, and PCV valve. Is there anything else that could be causing this? Thanks in advance for the input.:thanks:

Possibly fuel related, filter, bad gas, vacuum line off, like you said not enough air, spark plugs fouled. I'd just start checking some things. Soddy if that wasn't really a help

Usually they spit out codes, not stuff you already know. Give us the code and I'll tell you exactly what you need to do! (Or someone else will who has had lot of happy little codes themselves).
