Bumper, sliders, lift, and tires here.
I get about 14-15 city
Throw in a mix with highway, I get close to 16.x to 17 by the end of the tank.

front bumper, skids ( transmission, transfer case, and gas tank), Metal Techs Stage 2 Sliders ( damn things was like 80lbs each), 5.5" lift, Gobi Stealth rack w/ ladder.
-13.5mpg per gallon before gears on California Gas which is HIGH in Enthanol.
-17mpg ( best was 19mpg ) When on Arizona Gas before the gears
-15mpg on SoCal gas on 33" with 4.88gears ... mostly cruising at 75 to 78mph
I hope to get more once I'm on 35" tires

14 mpg average with 95% city driving BEFORE my 285/70R17 tires. But with rest of my mods listed in my sig.
Now after tires installed no real good comparable numbers as cold weather arrived around same time and remote start been used more. But around 12.7mpg with tires and remote start used. But should go up with reduced remote start use. I have also noticed truck kicks out of overdrive more on highway (70-75mph) with the 285's.
For what it is worth, I had about 15mpg before any mods. Have about 4 years worth of data. lol
I have learned the trucks mpg computer is usually accurate within 0.2mpg. I manually calculate mpg with each fill up but also record computer mpg for comparison.

I'm running 35x12.5R17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 4.88gears and man disappointed at the results
Speedo is about 5 to 6mph off when I go pass 50mph. So at 70mph on the speedo; the gps shows me going about 75 to 76mph ...
And gas mileage dropped down to about 12mpg ... I think its because of the width and the weight of the tires... This is mostly cruising the freeway at 71mph ( on gps about 76 to 77mph )...
I guess I have to pay to play... lucky for me this isnt my daily

I have 255/80 St Maxx, 2/1 lift, sliders, full steel skids, and 3rd row.
I drive 90% City but I'm fairly conservative. I time the lights and use cruise. Gotta love AZ grid system.
Round trip up to Prescott AZ and back I get 19.5 on the read out, 20.28 hand calc with correction.
I'm certain it depends alot of driving behavior. My wife always got 35mpg in her tdi Jetta, I would usually got about 45mpg on the same Prescott trip.
So on a trip to Colorado I used gps, my speedo, my trip milage and the physical mile markers to test how far off milage/ speed was. I got 4% difference. Over a 100mi stretch, my trip guage read 96mi. My hand held gps read 100 mi, mile markers read 100 mi, but my speedo is only off 1mph at 75, 1.3% difference. So Im guessing the speedometer just reads fast. But I'm no engineer or rocket scientist.

These seem to be impressive numbers for modified trucks. I'm still totally stock and I can't do much better that 15mpg with the cruise set to 70mph. I've only reset the meter twice now between two oil changes so I guess thats an average over 5k? I do mostly city driving so not really sure... is it best to reset the thing at every fill up and then note down your number to obtain a realistic average?
