I tossed it in the trash, these make layers rich while you get a settlement of something like a $1.85.

Got mine a couple of days ago. From what I can understand, my '03 will get the Brake Override System installed free, there will be an exended warranty of some items, and I will get some cash (about $90.00) if I am reading the settlement wording correctly. Will have to wait until the court reviews the final settlement, and approves it sometime in June.

Pay close attention to the use of "if" and "may" in the settlement. I have a couple Toyotas that "may" be entitled to receive settlement payments "if" approved. As I already mentioned, don't get your hopes up and don't hold your breath!
