I would reach out to them and inform them of your issues. Not only for the next guy who orders these but also for the fact that you paid for a kit and it was was not 100%.

i bought a set for my.. ram 1500 rebel. there was no incompatibility listed for it.. didn't install it till a year later. They never replied to me about why it wasn't listed incompatible. clazzio.com. not the clazzioguys that you used.

fit and finish were pretty good for the most part otherwise.

the foam they use.. renders the heated seats pretty useless.
