Mine was just delivered. No pictures because I'm keeping it in the box until I get it home. But I;m planning to cook fajitas in it tonight so . . .

Tested the Skottle out last night. Love it. It came packaged really well and it's a lot beefier than I was expecting. Went together in just a few minutes and we were off and cooking.

Put some oil on and heated the grill up:

Cooked the onions and bell peppers until cooked but still crispy, then moved them off to the side of the grill while Emmett supervises mom stirring the chicken in the marinade:

Then add the chicken and sauce:

And then I let Mrs. Yeti finish things up:

Only downside is that the neighbors could smell it cooking and wanted to join us. I made them bring margaritas so it worked out well!
