Yeah, they are supposed to send me a new kit with the labels and such to ship this back. I sent them a pic of the serial number on the box so they can track someone that may have stolen the other one (UPS or access point person maybe).
 
Ordered a 4G X OTR late last week and it showed up early this week. I shopped around extensively prior to the group buy and I guarantee that you won't find a lower price.

As for mounting, I'm running stock cross bars and figured I'd get the thing first and then see about mounts. The mounts that come with it are a bit narrow for the cross bars. If you had some longer bolts, I imagine you could make it work. I opted to order a Comet mount from the advice on this thread:

Weboost mounted with Ram Mount (updated)

Course, there was some advice suggesting Comets suck, but hey, it was $45 and doesn't require aftermarket cross bars.

Aiming to get the heck out of dodge this weekend and test it out. Will post pics once it's mounted.
 
Crazy to see that the "Cell Booster" was missing from your package. I had gotten complete with my install and went to plug in the outside antenna and found the cable adapter missing. Thankfully the Alltech Source Team was helpful with the situation, just awaiting the package to arrive.

For those with questions, I'll post pictures soon. I routed the everything under the carpet and through the pillars and center console using a coat hanger to assist in guiding the cable. Overall incredibly clean look when you have two young boys jumping around the 4runner on any given day. For mounting the outside antenna, I have a GOBI Stealth Rack and used all RAM products to secure the OTR Antenna Truck Edition. I used the following part numbers and ordered through Amazon in the event they wouldn't work.

RAM Torque Medium Rail Base
RAM Composite Double Socket Arm
RAM 9mm Angled Bolt Head Adapter Ball Base

The Drive Reach OTR Fleet 471254 is the same thing except it comes with a hardwired charger instead of a 12v cigarette plug.

Thanks [MENTION=103801]sn_85[/MENTION]. I actually don't want to hardwire, as I prefer to keep cutting any vehicle wiring to a minimum. Additionally, for the fleet version, Walmart actually has the price displayed without the need for a quote. Although pricing could be different, seems there is a price increase to have the wired option, which I don't want to pay for.

No worries though. Already spent the money I had for the WeBoost on front end suspension components :)
 
Quick Update:

They I got my replacement shipment in and it has everything. Sent the old one back to them. This store did right and rectified the issue.
 
Dang I totally spaced on this over the weekend. I shouldve placed the order when I first saw this. Well I learned my lesson and wont hesistate next time.
