Coilovers/kdss question

Hey guys! Might be a dumb question... I'm looking at buying some toytec boss coilovers for my 2016 sr5. They are brand new but private party.

I see toytec website charges 40 bucks more for coilovers if it's a non kdss version. Why?

What is the difference in coilovers here? And do I need to be worried if the private party ones will fit and work based on kdss?

Non-KDSS: Requires spacers for the sway bar
KDSS: No spacers required

The sway bar relocater? That's the only difference? I was actually wondering if that was the price difference. Thanks so much for the response!
