Compatibility?

Greetings! I've been lurking for a while, and finally got a new (to me) 4runner! She's a 2006 Sport and completely stock (besides the new weather techs).
I'm itching to start building her up and I was wondering what, if anything, is compatible with the 4runner from different trucks like a taco or land cruiser. Mostly stuff related to suspension and armor/bumpers etc...

I'll make a list for you of things that just come off my head

Fj Cruiser Spring swap (Lots of stuff on the forums about this just search it)

Tacoma Skid Plate swap (I think Momo.87 had a good thing on this really simple mod)

Fj Rims work and look well (you might have to change the lug pattern not positive)
