Considering selling my 3rd gen? Fair price?

So I've been playing around the idea lately of selling my third gen to purchase a fourth gen for a project truck. I'm not totally committed to the sale yet, because to be honest I love my 3rd gen and everything it has done for me. If I do sell, what would be a fair asking price? I know I could just go to KBB or something like that but I want an honest opinion of what you would list/buy this truck for.

Here's the specs.
2001 4Runner 4WD Sports Edition, Silver, 127,000 miles
JVC double DIN stereo
Upgraded Polk Audio (door speakers front and back)
Cold Air Intake

The rest of the Truck is pretty much stock. It's a non smoker, no accident vehicle. There is some rust on the underside, being a north eastern winter driver. Rust on the body is minimal (see pics)

If you could let me know basically what I could get out of this thing I'd really appreciate it. If I do sell I'm going to put it up on here first, because I want it to go to an enthusiast. Thanks!

Im used to Cali prices so dont hold that against me haha

That seems a bit a high for around here, but i guess if the 3rd gens around you if its anything like binghamton NY are covered in body rust then i guess they get a good deal with this one.
