Console Illumination Issue Bulb Change Out

Hey My wise 4Runner Brethren.

How hard is it to change these bulbs out as I have lost illumination in this area of my dash console and can't see out at night. Is this a common problem or not? Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this as the stealer wants $350 for labor to remove dash and replace all bulbs if they go in as it is more cost effective. Thanks fornyour time and help.

I don't think that area is illuminated to begin with...

I doubt they are bulbs, probably LED of some kind. Odd that they would go out. Is that the standard location for that one with the thumb wheel or did you move it?

Please circle the areas you are describing as "out" and repost the photo.
I don't see any that are not lit that are supposed to be...........

Here are the locations. Does someone have a similar issue or is it normal?

Wow, weird I just noticed that they never did. At one point I thought they were illuminated but must be my mind playing tricks on me. Would be nice to see where the heck they are at night in case you have to adjust, but like all things there is a work around. Thanks for your help!
