Continental CrossContact LX20: Good tires?

Found good reviews on tiretrack.com and consumersearch.com. Says similiar performance to Michelin LTX M/S2 but cheaper, with same warranty (6years/70,000 miles), although reviewers think it does not wear as well as the Michelin. I only drive like 5000 miles a year though so maybe this is a good choice for me?

If you only drive 5,000 miles a year, those things will dry rot before you wear them out.
