Control Arm Bushings

I've been told that the front susp. upper and lower control arm bushings are removeable but that Toyota doesn't sell them, instead you need to replace the entire control arm. Does anyone know if there are aftermarket replacement bushings for 3rd gen 4Runners? I've tried doing a search but I'm not having any luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What year is your truck? It looks like they do make vehicle-specific bushing kits for most of the important bits on most generations, which is awesome. I really can't say enough good things about the improvements their bushings give to a more stable and controlled vehicle feel. I might even consider replacing a bunch of mine soon, too (swaybar and control arm bushings being among the best bang-for-buck to upgrade).

4runner bushing kit part #'s are on page 72 (of 76 total) in their application guide PDF (it's 5mb, so give it a couple minutes to download): http://www.energysuspension.com/assets/files/2010-energy-suspension-catalog.pdf

I've got a 2000, two actually but my wife's truck seems fine. I'm gonna look at energy suspension in a minute and see what they've got. I hate to have to replace the control arms themselves as I just had new ball joints installed. I was planning on doing the swaybar bushings too and I think poly ones would be nice. I've had my 4Runner since new and it's been lifted for 9.5 of those years and I've got a list of things to replace and/or rebuild.
