So I bought a gigantic roll of black vinyl a few months ago and yesterday I decided to try it in places on my 4R. I put it on the wheels and front bumper chrome. I ended up really liking it. I liked it so much that I thinking about going to plastidip the wheels and bumper tomorrow. I am wondering how this would affect my resale value? Given that a nightshade 4runner exists, plastidipping mine isn't going to be out of the wild, if you know what I mean. Will it affect the resale at all? Also, I plan to use plastidip but I am aiming for a super glossy look. Would plastidip or the rustoleum equivalent be better for glossy?
