Cost to drive

another reason I'm glad I got the V8

the gas cost difference would never drive me to a V6, all other things considered...

....depreciation has no bearing on the cost to drive the vehicle. Most people take out a loan to pay for the car, so your cost to drive it depends on the purchase price, not how much it's worth. (It doesn't matter how much the car is worth while you're driving it, only when you're trying to sell it).:)

following that logic it has cost me nothing to drive this week.

no repairs

no tires, oil, or gas bought

I guess it's all in your time scale.
