Cracked Header 03 V8 - DIY questions

So I'm faced with a cracked driver header issue. I have taken the heatshied off so far. Took me too long to admit. Broke two our of four bolts holding it in the process.

I have attempted to get at the most acessible heaer stud nut. It's not budging at all. Has anyone attempted this job by themselves here before? It is really tight in there.

Any pointers would be appreciated. TIA

Acetylene torch, removing some other components. I have the truck parked in the garage and it is going to be a long winter so time is not an issue..

If I remember correctly, the 4.7L fits very tightly in the 4Runner. to do any exhaust header work requires the engine be removed to gain proper clearance to remove components.

I'm sure it can be done without removing the engine. You just have to get crafty.

If I were you I would bring it to garage. This job is a huge PITA.
