these guys making videos. honest to eff
I watched a video before getting my 4r, and a similar group of clowns got it stuck in a tiny bit of snow on a grade. They were completely unprepared, and had stock tires that were unquestionably not up to the task. They got stuck hard, with no backup plan. sadly, it's one of the first videos that surfaces with a "4runner offroad" search. Since getting my 4runner, I can't believe how well it handles deep snow. This video doesn't reflect that at all.
The first thing I see in the OP video is the jabroni hitting a tiny rock, presumably the LCA, and then blaming the LC for having low clearance. The rest of it was low-profile tires struggling, where ANY 17" AT tire aired down would have danced all over that simple terrain.
Terrible video. I'd like to see a forum member put some tires on that LC and hit some real trails.
