Cross bar options for 4th Gen

I want to replace the factory cross bars with something that will mount to the factory slides but have the bar above the slide instead of in between. This way I can gain a little extra width and have more mounting options for rack accessories. A quick Amazon search revealed hundreds of different options and I'm lost as to what will fit best and still give me the ability to to change the spacing between the cross bars.

Ditto. Although I think they were named something else instead of RailGrab when I bought back in 2003.

OP, the two gorillas in the market are Yakima and Thule. Go to their websites and use their vehicle specific guides to explore options.
