Yea price is a big issue. I'm dying to see what AOR comes out with. Each time i see other front bumpers I love mine even more. I know he'll push a dope design. Shit modding is an issue, i'm barely finished with one thing and I'm already looking for the next! Curse this forum lol

The tire will tuck in closer to the hatch without the hi lift mount. It needs extra clearance in between the tire and the tire mount due to the hi lift mechanism (hence the tire sticking out more).
He can incorporate the side plate bars, I wanted a cleaner flush look so I didn't ask for it. Good idea though!
I modified the swing out, it was was shorter w/o the gas can mount and that where the plate was as well. This is before I modified it.

This was his estimate on price if I recall correctly. For you south of the border it's a great deal compared to us north of the border.
$1400 for base bumper.
Swing outs start at $450 each. Canadian.
Then more for custom stuff like hidden trailer hitch under a flip up license plate or jetty can mounts etc.
Last I heard he is planning to build a batch in August already.

I received an email from Jason at C.O.F. whom stated that he will be on vacation until July 27, but will be focusing on that first batch of rear bumpers as soon he gets back. I told him that we need prices. I'm sure he will answer when he is back.... I'm pretty confident that this is the bumper that I will be going with!
This would be a great deal for US customers with our canadian dollar so low.
The prototype bumper on mine has been doing great. Banged it a few times, nothing but scratches. If you are adding extra weight later on, I'd consider dual swing outs. I find single is too long and heavy when the swing out is open.The hinge is very strong however. I have since removed the hi-lift in place of a trasharoo and a gas can

Yes those are the same quotes i received from Jason when we spoke back in February when i first told him to put me on the list for one. He was originally supposed to start building a batch in May but then got backed up with work and vacay so pushed them off until August.
As much as a Group Buy always sounds tempting, after doing the last GB with my front bumper it took way to long to receive it, Builder gets backed up and customers get frustrated with wait times and it becomes a big headache, the same thing tends to happen with the Shrockworks GB's as well! So me personally i would rather just pay the asking price and get it sooner than later. I still love GB's for other things like expedition gear or things that don't need to be built from scratch. But if he's open to doing one and you guys don't mind waiting a bit then i'd say go for it. Who knows maybe the wait won't be that long, this has just been my experience in the past and what i've seen from others with big GB's mainly involving bumpers and things that need to be built from scratch, especially new products as theres always kinks that need to be worked out..
I Received the same email from him back in June so fingers crossed these get started this coming month! I wrote in a post the quoted prices that i got from him a couple pages back but they are pretty much the same as above. I also discussed some other custom options with him like push bars on the side but haven't yet discussed pricing for that yet. I am pretty sure there is This is definitely one of the nicest bumpers i've seen and Jason does awesome work for what i've seen on all the stuff he's done so far!

Last I spoke with them, the owner (Jason) had just been in a pretty bad car accident. Set a lot of things back a ways.
They had said it was still on the list eventually, and had a list of interested buyers. Though a recent facebook post is what pushed me to move on with the 4x4Labs rear instead of waiting for Cruisin to make one. Which while I'm still quite stoked, I do love that cruisin' one and wish it could have been. I hope that he does make them and a few more people get to have one on their rigs, beautiful bumper.

Production parts including sliders, skid plates, and roof racks for the Land Cruisers 60, 70, 80 and 100 Series trucks, as well as the 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacomas, and 2nd Gen Tundra.
Parts sales and installation. I sell Ironman 4x4, ARB/OME, and have access to a wide range of other top quality brands including Icon, Nitro Gear, Total Chaos and many others. I can bring in the parts you need, and provide a detail oriented installation job for suspension, bumpers, winches, lights including wiring harnesses, and a host of other accessories.
Custom projects. My mechanical and fabrication background enables me to do quality work with a focus on doing the job right. I'll be providing custom work including stainless exhaust, cage work, major frame rust repairs, and other large projects. I will also take on service work on Land Cruisers including birf/axle services, brakes, suspension, routine services, timing belts etc.
I'm back to working solo, and loving it. This is where my heart is, and I'm delighted to have a clear focus for the shop: Providing excellent workmanship, and friendly customer service. Looking forward to seeing what projects 2017 has in store!
