Does anyone know where to find D Ring bolt on brackets that i could bolt onto by winch bumper?

Weird, sorry about that. I believe they guy who is making them now is in Albany, GA. But I would just google: "shackle mounts for 3rd gen 4runner" and that should get you in the right place.
