And don't forget totally original... nobody is doing blacked out 4runners :wink2:
I can't help myself I've seen so many people on here doing awesome stuff making their trucks look so badass and I haven't been able to do much... mostly just little DIY things to make it look a little better. The wheels were a BIG investment for my budget and they weren't too bad as far as wheel go.
Those wheels are badass! If you're going for the all black look, you should definitely paint those chrome "fender flares", they just look out of place IMO.
I realize that it's just a "big puddle" but I thought that the bottom would be muddier and the water wouldn't be that deep.... good thing I extended that rear differential breather!
Planning a trip to a small offroad park not too far away so I can maybe get more action shot rather than posers.
OK so it's been quite awhile since I posted anything.... got behind on modding due to paying for silly things like brakes and timing belts etc. But just as I was starting to save for a suspension overhaul....
Now that doesn't loo TOO bad until you see ...
My daughter made a directional miscue and then over corrected hitting a very nice man's new Chevy pickup... and another very nice mans not so new Honda. Notice how the wheels are pointing in opposite directions. Evidently that is classified as "not good". More specifically it is classified as totaled
So I had to say goodbye to my first 4Runner. I keep reminding myself that the two people she hit were not hurt and she only sustained a sprained wrist. I tell myself that every time I remember how much I loved that truck.
