Dash fan stays on

I turn off A/C, turn off heater, put to recirculate, everything is off and I still hear a fan in dash, as if I have heater or A/C on. Ohhhhh, maybe the backseat heater is still on.....

This usually turns out to be the rear heater fan.Fan is under pax seat and control is on back of center console accessible from rear seats.

OP figured that out.
