I've re replaced leaky heater core on my 2000 sr5 and after assembly the heater is not blowing hot. The valve on the firewall works when turning the knob from cold to hot. Both heater inlet hoses are hot. Rear heater blows hot. But not getting anything in front...
The actuator near the passenger's left foot works as well. The cable and arm move without problem or any noise (but don't know if that arm actually moves anything internally and that's my doubt ! )
One thing I remember, when installing new core, I accidentally pushed the back side of the box where the radiator is placed and heared slight crack sound and this door opened.
I've pushed it by hand and closed it the way it was before. Like this.
Don'k know if that is related to my issue. Just don't tell me I have to remove dash and all that things again...:smash:
