Dash Warning Lights: Brake system, ABS and VSC

tried Search but no luck.
I have 3 warning lights: brake System Warning , ABS and VSC.
Thru researching on the net seems like this may be a wheel speed sensor.
took it to AZ and the code reader came back with nothing. The guy said that because no Check Engine light was on, the reader wont tell me anything. I call BS but im no expert.

Any ideas or recommendations from you guys here?
