Can you give me the coordinates to this trailhead? Also are there any camping spots suitable for RTTs?

The most common place to meet up before a run is about an 1/8 of a mile away from Richland Rd at the Black Bear General Store. Both are right off Hwy 321 N in Lenoir NC

Keep in mind that Richland Gap is mostly private property, but as long as you stick to the main trail (State owned) you are fine. Just don't venture off into side trails. Which can be tricky if it's your first time there.
I have seen evidence of camping out there, but I would not advice it unless you are with locals.
Also,
I do not think an RTT will make it through some of the low branch areas, but I have seen a GX with an RTT years ago make it, so never say never.

Then bring it lol. Some are actual leaning trees, but I think you could squeeze through. Let me know if you plan a trip out. I would like to go back in a couple of weeks when the leaves are changing more.
I know some folks are heading to Uwharrie on the 4-5th of November. I'll probably be there on the 5th.

I just drove this road the evening of the 28th...
You can see the route here on Google Maps - just short of 20 miles. Very nice maintained gravel road - the northern 1/3 is a little rougher (more washboards) and many blind turns/switchbacks, but not very many people out on a Friday evening. Views are okay, but no good picture spots to see through the trees (save 3-4 good spots)... Can't go faster than 20 if you wanted to between the curves and some of the washboards... Otherwise, a pretty nice stretch for this area. Colors are fantastic at this time of year as well.
If you drive in from the north - start at Blowing Rock and go through Globe, there's quite a bit of gravel and fun roads in there. Lots of tree farms on the valley floor, and plenty of turns coming down the side of the hills to the floor.

(Pro tip: if you right-click in Google Maps, and click 'What's here?' - you'll get an nearby address and a Lat/Long that you can use to navigate there via GPS...)

There are a few double track trails that turn off that route, not quite like richland but more fun than graded gravel.

I went off on one that was near the middle of the route, but wasn't sure what was going on, so I didn't follow it too far. I chased a few other two-tracks but they ended shortly or have been closed for years... Probably missed several too.
